LIFE CERTIFICATE FOR 2025-26 !

Comrades,

IOB Pensioners are supposed to give their Life Certificates this month, November 2025, for the period covering from 1.11.2025 to 31.10.2026. The relevant circular in this regard, issued by Pension Cell under 7f Circular No.83 of 2025-26 dated 03.10.2025 has been attached hereunder for your reference and necessary action.

IOB Staff pensioners will also have an option to submit their life certificate digitally without visiting the branches. Video on this is atttached hereunder. Pensioners complying with the following pre-requisites can only use the mCHRIS app for submission of life certificate:

1. The mobile number of the pensioner must be linked with the pensioner’s savings account for accessing the mCHRIS app.
2. The pensioners should be physically present in india during submission.
3. The Aadhar number and PAN of the pensioner must be linked with the pensioner’s savings account.
4. Once the Life certificate is submitted digitally, there is no need for pensioners to submit it in any physical form. You can download and save the Life Certificate.
5. Download before hand Aadhar FaceRD App.

we advise our members to submit their Life certificates before the end of this month to enable them to get their pension without hindrance.
