As regards your annual subscription, the same is due for the last three years. Including this financial year, you have to pay Rs.2400/=. Instead you may prefer to pay life time subscription of Rs.6000/=. Thank you.
Long felt need of Bank employees. Many of the staff who do not have any form of health insurance will be immensely benefited. Sincerely hope that pension updation will soon follow?

Also is there any provision to send the amount online? Or should I take a draft and enclose with the form?

Retirees overseas may send scanned copy of authorisation letter to PAD, CO before 28.11.2015 and forward hard copy later.
