HISTORIC JUDGEMENT OF HON’BLE HIGH COURT OF KOLKATA

Dear Comrades,

We wish to bring to your kind attention that the Hon’ble High Court of Kolkata has given a landmark  judgement upholding the contention of all the Bank Retirees organisations that the denial of 100% D.A. neutralization to Pre-November 2002 retirees, is Arbitrary, Unreasonable and Discriminatory in nature.

We attach hereunder a copy of the Judgement and the letter sent to IBA in this regard by CBPRO for your information.

We trust IBA would honour the judgement and make payment of 100% D.A. neutralization to all the pre-November 2002 retirees immediately.
